Sending Electronic Art to Marquis Awards

Art format:

Send only VECTOR ART saved as an EPS.
Adobe Illustrator (PC) v5 or CorelDraw! (PC) v10 or lower.
Fonts must be outlined or converted to curves before you send it to us.

Multi-color jobs must have the artwork properly separated and with each color on it’s own layer

DO NOT send BITMAPS such as;
    TIF, JPG, GIF, BMP, or PHOTOSHOP files or EPS files that are really TIF saved as an EPS

These files will incur extra expense on your part to make them camera ready.
Our art charges are $40.00 per hour with a minimum of $10.00.

In your email include:
Contact name, Company name and Phone number

Always send a hard copy of your artwork by mail or FAX so that we can see what it is supposed to look like.

We cannot open MAC files, however, some of our factories MAY be able to use them so we will forward them on to our factory if this is all you can provide. Factory art charges vary from $45-$60 and up per hour.

We CANNOT open art files created or imbedded in Word or WordPerfect.
